Physical Products: Wigs & Hair Bundles
All physical orders are processed and shipped within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside of the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at info@transformedbyo.com before purchasing so we can discuss options.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside of our control once your order has been shipped. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.
Digital Products
Digital products — including eBooks and downloadable guides — are delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout via a third-party delivery platform. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes of purchase.
Digital products are available for immediate download and are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at info@transformedbyo.com and we will make it right.
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order — including damage during transit, missing items, or incorrect products — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@transformedbyo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
