10 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

  1. Gentle detangling is included with every service! If detangling feels tricky for you, don’t worry—just add it as an extra service, and I’ll take care of it for you. Bonus: I’ll share tips to make it easier before your next visit! (Add-on: $45+)

  2. Love a hassle-free experience? Book the shampoo + blow-dry add-on with your appointment! Your scalp will thank you, especially with our soothing rosemary spray.

  3. ✨ If you’d rather skip the shampoo experience, please come with your hair freshly washed and blow-dried.

  4. Hair is not provided for any service at this time. Please bring the recommended hair as noted in the service description or FAQs.

  5. ✨ For those with thick or long hair, be sure to select the corresponding add-on when booking. You know who you are 😉

  6. Timeliness matters! My goal is to keep the salon running smoothly and on time for everyone. If you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late might require us to adjust your appointment to fit within the time booked so we can stay on schedule. I take pride in being on time, but if I am late, I will do my best to text you in advance so that you avoid sitting in the waiting room too long.

  7. Need to reschedule? Life happens—I get it! Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance by using the link in your appointment confirmation email to make changes.

  8. Deposits are non-refundable, and no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you’d like to adjust your service, please text or email your request in advance. Changes must be of equal or greater value to your originally booked service.

  9. Payment options include cash, card on file, Zelle, or an in-salon card swipe—whichever works best for you.
